个人简历

2010年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系。
2014年获得香港科技大学物理学博士学位,导师王宁教授。

工作经历

2014-2016年在香港科技大学任访问学者。
2016年至今,于北京理工大学物理学院工作。

科研方向

研究方向为凝聚态实验物理,具体有:
(1)高质量二维材料场效应器件的制备技术:
发展低维材料的可控生长技术,二维层状材料异质结的制备手段,以及高迁移率场效应器件的制备方法。
(2)低维材料量子物性的测量:
基于高质量的微纳器件,通过低温物性的测量,研究其电子结构。特别关注自旋-轨道耦合体系的量子输运性质,以及拓扑,Berry相与量子物性的关系。
(3)高质量器件在光电,探测器领域的应用:
研究新型量子功能器件,设计制备高效光电转化器件,高灵敏度探测器等。
