  题  目:Protons Irradiation Model Based on Non-equilibrium Statistical Theory

  摘  要:The passing process of the irradiation particles in the material is related to the incident energy and the microstructure of the material and its movement has stochastic behavior, therefore, the passing process can be regarded as a stochastic process。 In order to study the proton irradiation Kapton film, a non-equilibrium statistical model which shows the relation between micro-behavior and macro-mechanism of proton irradiation process has been constructed。 Considering the statistical model of irradiation process, from the analysis of stopping power of irradiation particles, the Langevin equation and the corresponding Fokker Planck equation are given, then we know the transport growth rate of irradiation and the changes of probability distribution of passing length with energy or time。 By analysis, it is easy to find that the degree of ionization damage occurring at high-energy is higher than that displacement damage at low-energy incident and it is clear to see that the relation between passing time and passing length。
