Optical properties of low-dimensional semiconductors, Spin/Valleytronics, Exciton Physics.

The related research results have been published in high-level international journals such as Physical Review Letters, Nature Communications and so on. So far, more than 40 SCI papers have been published, and the total number of citations has exceeded 3000. Among them, six papers have entered the list of highly cited ESI papers. In Reviews of Modern Physics (first author) , we review the progress of exciton Physics in transition metal sulphides. The results were reviewed by Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Photonics, and the American Physical Society Physics.
