个人简历

2002-2006年北京大学物理学院获得物理学学士学位,数学双学位;

2006-2011年北京大学物理学院博士学位;

2007-2009年在德国TU Darmstadt大学联合培养;

2012-2014年法国科学院材料研究所,博士后。

工作经历

2014-2016年 北京理工大学物理学院,讲师;

2016年至今,北京理工大学物理学院, 副教授。

科研方向

二维材料:类石墨烯材料,包括二硒化钼、二硒化钨等,最近主要的工作为BiOBr三元二维材料。利用化学气相沉积制备二维材料和二维异质结构,研究材料的电学输运性质、光电响应和光催化特性,制备高灵敏度超快光电探测器、红外探测器和光催化电池等。目前实验室拥有五套化学气相沉积设备(包括PECVD和原子层沉积)和相关表征设备(探针台、拉曼光谱和原子力显微镜)。

新型卤族拓扑材料: 研究卤族拓扑材料的制备和拓扑特性的分析,目前主要集中于Bi4X4(X=Br,I)材料。通过对其电学、光学、光电等性质的分析,研究拓扑边缘态的基本特征和可能的应用。目前实验室拥有低温物性测量设备,可以在2-400K温度范围和0-14T磁场下,研究材料的电学、磁学、热电等性质。

基于量子功能材料的红外探测器和生物传感器:利用热蒸发和分子束外延的方法制备获得高品质薄膜拓扑材料。基于拓扑量子功能材料的窄带隙和边缘态,设计高灵敏、低噪声的红外探测器;基于拓扑量子材料的表面态,利用电化学原理,设计高灵敏和高特异性识别的生物分子传感器。目前实验室拥有一台真空蒸镀设备、一套真空溅射设备和两套分子束外延设备,此外还有电化学工作站和生物分子孵化工作环境。
