个人简历

2005年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,获理学博士学位。 

2005-2008在清华大学从事博士后研究。

工作经历

2008年6月起在北京理工大学工作,

2010年8月起为物理学院副教授。

科研方向

膜的生长机理与物性研究;

非金属等离激元材料,

低维材料与器件及其应用中的物理问题。

实验条件:真空镀膜实验室:包括磁控溅射,离子束辅助溅射沉积,电子束蒸发,分子束外延等镀膜机系统; 紫外曝光实验室,能够进行基本的微加工实验; 简单的光电特性测量设备。


学术成就

主持完成国家自然科学基金一项,教育部博士点基金一项,参与自然科学基金多项。主持并完成中国博士后科学基金一项,北京理工大学校内各种基金多项。以主要作者发表SCI论文40余篇。

每年招收两2名硕士研究生。

因材施教,主张有教无类,无论学生是何种出身,何种性格,将来从事何种职业,都尽可能发挥千里,不会让他们虚度成长的时光。

截止2020年,已毕业硕士研究生16人,协助培养博士研究生3人。其中7人就职于高校与研究所,2人就职于国家知识产权总局分中心,4人就职于央企(京东方等),4人就职于北京的中学,1人为天津市公务员。
