科研方向

主要从事二维金属和半导体材料及其异质结的制备及其光学和电学性能研究,包括荧光发光,量子隧穿,低温输运,铁电铁磁性能、转角电子学等。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面:

1. 基于石墨烯和半导体二维材料的共振隧穿晶体管研制,开发其在光电和振荡器等方面的应用。

2. 研究磁性二维材料比如CrI3的量子输运和自旋电子隧穿效应,开发磁性二维材料自旋存储器。

3. 二维材料异质结的化学气相法合成和干法转移制备,以及莫尔图样对光电性能影响的研究。

学术成就
