题目:Surface and Interface Engineering for High-Performance 2D Neuromorphic Devices

摘要:

The performance of two-dimensional (2D) material–based devices is critically governed by their surface and interfacial structural characteristics. Precise characterization and engineering of these surfaces and interfaces are essential for the development of high-performance 2D functional devices.

This presentation focuses on the study and modulation of surface and interface structures in 2D materials, with aim of constructing novel neuromorphic synapses and exploring their applications in artificial neural networks. Specifically, the talk will cover: (i) quantitative characterization of surface adsorption behaviors using enhanced Raman spectroscopy; (ii) localized surface and interface engineering to achieve high-performance synaptic devices and scalable arrays; and (iii) the synergistic integration of multiple strategies to develop novel optoelectronic synaptic devices and arrays, with demonstrated applications in device authentication and anti-counterfeiting.

简历:

侯翔宇博士分别于2017年和2022年在东南大学取得物理学学士和博士学位,随后赴新加坡国立大学理学院,从事博士后工作至今。现为新加坡国立大学化学系高级博士后研究员,主要研究方向包括二维材料增强拉曼散射机理、表界面表征与精准调控、以及新型高性能神经形态器件开发等。迄今已发表SCI论文25篇,其中以第一(共一)和通讯作者在Nat. Commun.Adv. Mater.Light Sci. Appl.Adv. Funct. Mater.等国际期刊发表论文14篇。
