科研方向

主要从事低维量子、半导体材料制备,性质与应用研究,解决量子、半导体材料的制备难题,并研究量子、半导体特性,探索铁磁、铁电、超导等新奇物理性质,实现其在高性能电子器件和量子领域的应用。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面:
1. 新型量子、半导体材料及其异质结构的制备与性质研究;
2. 高性能电子器件;
3. 新奇物理性质研究;
4. 微弱信号探测。

学术成就

近年来以发表SCI 论文100 余篇,其中Nature系列14篇,包括第一/通讯作者论文Nature(2篇),Nat Mater (1篇),Nat Electronic (1篇),Nat Commun (2篇)。Science Advances,Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, JACS, ACS Nano 等。并多次在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告。受邀担任多种国际学术期刊的审稿人。同时担任《Chinese Chemical Letters》编委,《Rare Metals》,《Smartmat》,《Nano Research》等期刊青年编委。发表论文见:
