科研方向
通过调控新型低维半导体载流子注入机制,实现新型的可重构及感-存-算一体化的器件设计和制备。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面:
1, 低维/有机半导体载流子注入理论及可重构逻辑器件
2, 基于热载流子注入的低能耗高速闪存器件、存算一体化器件和外围电路设计
3, 可重构光电探测技术,计算光谱重构及光谱融合探测
学术成就
相关研究结果发表在Nature Communications,Advanced Materials等高水平国际期刊,迄今发表SCI论文20余篇,受邀担任Nature Electronics, Nature Communications等期刊的审稿人。入选2024年国家高层次青年人才。主要论文:
