简历： Professor Sergy A Nikitov is Director of the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Vice President of the Russian Council, and Head of the Department of Applied Information Technology at the Moscow Institute of Physical Technology (MIPT). He is a renowned expert in solid-state microelectronics and nanoelectronics, particularly in the fields of electronics and physics related to magnetic phenomena, acoustics, magnetoelectronics, and magnetooptics. His main research directions involve nonlinear dynamics of spin and sound waves in photonic crystals, metamaterials, (anti) ferromagnets, ferrites, and ferroelectric thin films, magnetooptics, magnetic medium phase transition physics, ultra-thin magnetism, and other fields. He has published over 500 research papers in peer-reviewed journals in Russia and internationally, authored multiple scientific monographs, presented conference reports and invited presentations at over 300 domestic and international scientific conferences, and holds more than 30 invention patents in various fields such as physics, electronics, and communication technology. He has received the Lenin Youth League Physics Award and the Russian Federation Government Education Award.
