科研方向

主要从事低维材料(2D)包括半导体材料与量子材料制备,性质与应用研究,使用化学、物理等手段解决半导体与量子材料的制备难题,并研究其半导体特性与铁磁、铁电、超导等新奇物理性质,探索其在高性能电子器件和量子领域的应用。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面:
1.新型低维材料及其异质结构的制备与性质研究;
2.高性能电子器件;
3.新型低维材料的新奇物理性质研究。

学术成就

近年来以第一(包括共同第一作者)与通讯作者发表SCI 论文50 余篇, 包括Nature系列论文16篇 (Nature 2篇),Science Advances, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, JACS, ACS Nano 等。并多次在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告。受邀担任多种国际学术期刊的审稿人。同时担任《Materials Horizons》 Community Board 与《Chinese Chemical Letters》青年编委。发表论文见:

每年拟招收3 ~5名硕士、博士研究生,欢迎有志于科学事业,对材料、物理与电子等交叉领域,尤其是低维材料半导体与量子材料研究感兴趣的同学报考。同时可招收重点资助博后2 ~3人,待遇优厚,欢迎具有相关经验的优秀青年学者联系。优秀博士、博后均有出国交流学习的机会。
